The GROUND FLOOR consists of: 1 large living room + 1 kitchen + 1 bathroom.

--1 Living room has a comfortable couch-sofa and armchairs situated around the ancient, original, big 18° century working fireplace. Also available in the living room: NEW 32” Flat Screen TV and WI-FI internet modem.
The room has 2 windows and a large door with direct access to the patio-loggia and the garden.
 

--1 Kitchen is fully equipped with sink, stove, electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffeemaker, kettle, toaster and many, many cooking utensils (pots, pans, bowls, dishes, glasses, cutlery…).
It is really charming and characteristic with the authentic 18° century terracotta floor and a collection of ancient-old cooking utensils. The kitchen opens onto the private patio-loggia and the garden.
 

--1 Bathroom with shower, basin/sink, toilet.

The FIRST FLOOR consists of: 2 double bedrooms + 1 bathroom

--Bedroom “1” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 1 single bed.
Furniture includes antique wooden beds, an elegant wardrobe and an authentic 18° century chest of drawers (originally owned by Nonna Gina, our great-great-great grandmother), bedside tables...
There are 2 windows (with mosquitos screens) with panoramic views over the garden and the swimming pool.
 

--Bedroom “2” has 1 double bed (Queen size) and 1 single bed.
Furniture includes antique wooden beds, wardrobe, bedside tables...
The window (with mosquitos screen) offers  panoramic views over the garden and the pool.

--Bathroom is equipped with bathtub and shower, twin basins/sinks, bidet, toilet, hairdryer, towels.

All the beds are made up with crisp fresh linen (high thread 100% cotton); the bath towels are also 100% good quality cotton. We supply linens and towels at no cost; they are included in the rental price (weekly changes).
